The fairy gardens on the hill are of great interest. The children collected tree branches of various sizes and attached them to the school fence and a tree that protects one of the fairy gardens. I am impressed that the children have sustained interest in the fairies that live on the hill and the gardens that make their lives more beautiful. Beauty is a thread that has woven itself deep into the lives of the Princesses and Rangers during this school year. In this play on the hill, a word that comes to mind is empathy. The children are concerned that the fairies have places to live and play just as they have places to live and play.
